It's a fishing scam. They'll tell you "all we need is your bank account information to transfer the money", you provide it, and suddenly... poof! No more money in your account.
The actual UK National Lottery is quite adamant you do not win without buying a ticket, and they have NEVER sent out emails to let someone they won.

Yes! I just did, but you know what, since no one else has heard of it, maybe it is for real, because think about it, if everyone did hear of it, then it'd definately be a scam. because after all, only so many can win a lottery, and since you travel outside the country, and i do business outside the country but via internet, it may very well be possible that we are real winners. So let's do the right thing, when in doubt check it out!!!
feel free to email me if you want. let me know if you find anything out and i'll do the same if you send me your email addres.

It's a con. If you play along at some point they will tell you they need you to pay some fees up front and ask for a money order or cashier's check, If you live in the U.S. contact the nearest office of the FBI. U.S. and British officials have been trying to stop these thieves, but is hard to do. If the FBI isn't involved in the investigation, they can advise you what agency is.

IT IS THIEVING SCAM PUSHERS. DELETE IT ALL OF IT. I got hit with at least 10 or 15 of them in my email. It's like cockroaches in your email. You can never get rid of them unless you use "RAID or BLACK FLAG". And most of the time you can tell it's B. S. when you actually skim throught the email and see the preschool grammer that they use.
