Beast vs. Cyclops?

It all depends on the environment. If the fight takes place in some close environment with lot of pipes or stuff that Beast can grab on, then he is most like the winner. Since he is extremly agile, if he sucessfully manages to dodge Cyclops blasts and gets he's hands on him, then it's the end of Cyclops. Otherwise, if the fight takes place in an open space with no elements for Beast to grab on or throw or hide behind, then Cyclops is the winner since he would just use his optic blast to destroy Beast.

Winner: Beast (close environment) / Cyclops (open environment)

If cyplose caught Beast of guard he could just melt him with his rays. But beast's agility is crazy good. Beast can dodge every rays Cyclopes would shot at him.
Beast would win easily due his super agility and strength.
He would destoy Cyclopes just as quick as spider man would.

classic match up of brains and brawn vs. power and cunning. This is a decent match up if I ever saw one. It would really depend on who screwed up first. More than likely the match up would be beast vs gambit, colossus vs cyclops. colossus has been ability to take a controlled blast of cyclops energy blast. As for a full blast, I dont think that colossus would stand up after a full blast. beast vs gambit, beast is almost as strong as colossus and as agile as nightcrawler. But gambit ain't no slouch either. That fight would play out like a chess match to see who would make the wrong move first. If gambit doesn't get cocky, he could win this. But not by much. He would be good for anything else. But if the beast play the game right he could win as well. just one well played punch and that could kill gambit. I will give the fight to beast. Beast vs cyclops, well Scott didn't make leader for nothing. I think that Scott could win this one. So the winners of the match would be cyclops and gambit.

I would have to go with beast,especially after he had a make-over leaving him with the build of venom and the agility of spidey.I think he could take quite a few optic blasts since one of his mutant powers is super endurance/durability.Also,did you see the beating he took from apocalypse in x-men legends 2?yikes,thats one tough cookie....cyclops is a whiney pansy,who has no right as the leader of the x-men.
