I am putting my gold fish at west north side of my living room as I don't have any other place to keept it.

Are you asking if fish should be kept on a certain side of the house? I've never hear that it makes a difference. I've had my aquarium on the east, west, north and south sides of the house and it has never made a bit of difference. The fish don't care one way or the other.

Either 9 gold fish( for money) or 9 black fish(for sar). NW facing the entrance direction is fine.

8 goldfish? I hope you have a 100 gallon aquarium in the NW side of your house.

Like another poster said, I hope it's a very big tank. 100 gallons is not big enough for all those goldfish...maybe three, but not 8.
