If your looking for the name, it's "Hooked on A Feeling".
If your looking for the artist...BJ Thomas did it first *that I remember*..then a Swedish group called Blue Swede redid it...that's the cool one, with the "Ouga Chaka ouga "s in it. It was also featured on an Alley McBeal show.
