While I don't think that you looked insecure, I don't think that you conveyed confidence through your picture. While I really liked your pic, it seemed as though there was no..."chemistry" between you and the male model, no connection which prevented the picture from conveying that confidence and sexuality that the judges were looking for.

Yes, I think you were too self conscious. If you had to ask this question then I think you already know the answer. I don't think that shoot alone is what led you to being eliminated, I think the judges are weird for keeping sisi and letting you go. Modeling is a tough business, and I'm sure if that's what you really want to do, you'll make it. Just remember the industry is about getting rejected. Just because one person didn't feel that you had it, the next one might. You have to be strong and try your best not to take rejection so personally. It doesn't mean you weren't pretty, tall, or thin enough. It just means at this time you weren't what they were looking for, but next time you'll nail it. Good luck and best wishes.

I don't think that you came off too self conscious at all. Given the circumstances, anyone would feel somewhat awkward and uncomfortable. I'm confused: Is it Canada's Next Top Model or Canada's Next Top Porn Star? LOL I think that it's not right for them to let you go based on that shoot. They are forgetting that practise makes perfect and you did not get the opportunity to practise! You can and will obtain skills, but true beauty, well that you have to be born with! You've got what it takes, unfortunately I can't say that for the rest of the Monsters left on that show! Good Luck in the future!
PS. I am sure that we'll see you again!

actually, I agree with the judges. Being consistently good can be boring and predictable. It is more of creating something new every week that can move you on to the next level. By something new, that means, new facial expressions, new style, new strategy, yet maintaining your own identity as a model. The decision of the judges to boot you out of the competition is so far a better decision, than making you do the photo shoots and not do well. At this stage of the competition you should be able to translate the things the judges have been advising you, and sad to say that didn't happen.
Heather, you are a beautiful person, and I wish you the very best. I am sure, doors of better opportunities will come your way as you push through with this dream. Good luck.

Dear Heather,
You are very beautiful. Actually after the photo shoot with Birks Diamonds, there truly was no one more elegant, poised, and absolutely stunning then you.
So why did the judges eliminate you? I can only guess it was because the photograghs with a nude model looked like you had become shy, appeared "awkward", but no less beautiful. And why not? I felt for all you girls as that was quite a challenge with a large moral decision involved.
Your shyness or what you're referring to as "too self conscious" was actually working in your favour. You do realize that out of all the contestants I personally can tell you that you are very very lucky to have been blessed with not only gorgeous outer beauty but inner as well.
If you continue modelling and I think you should, you can definitely find your niche`, and confidence comes with lots of experience. Your fabulous figure will look great modelling evening wear, jewlery, and so much more! Don't take this the wrong way but the semi-nude photo shoot wasn't "meant" for you. That's where the judges must have decided to look for someone who had the agressiveness and extreme confidence but not so much the beauty.
That's why they eliminated you. I was actually taken aback that as young as all you girls are and still learning how to utilize all your personal talents as well as your beauty, that they expected so much so soon!
Heather, go and get your dream. CNTM is not where you'll find it.
All the best,
Joanne.

No, I don't think that you deserved to be eliminated. You are very beautiful, and I think you have a lot of potenital. I definetly did not think that you had the worst pictures, I actually liked your shots. I thought Alanna would be eliminated..
At the photoshoot, you did seem a little self- conscious and I remember you saying you didn't know what to do, but I thought you go the hang of it after. From what the judges were saying when they were looking at the shots, I didn't think you would be eliminated. But things happen...
Don't let it discourage you though, you have a lot of talent and I think you belong in the modeling industry. I'm sure you'll find some agency that will sign you. Anyone who wouldn't take you is crazy! Don't give up- follow your dreams, and surely I'll see you on the cover of a magazine in the future. Good luck!

I don't think Tyra would have voted you off. Seriously, I've been watching America's Next Top Model since the beginning and I'm really not sure what these Canadian judges are doing. Maybe you were a little less animated than some of the girls, but your pictures were amazing and I think they should have kept you but given you some advice...not just eliminated you. Alanna definately should have gone, she dosn't have what it takes to go all the way so why keep her there. They should have given you another week at least!!!
All your pictures were great...good luck with your future.

No way did u deserve to be eliminated, Your picture was far better than some of the other girls. I can't believe you got kicked out, it was literally a shock for us all. The judges don't seem to have a flying idea what there doing, so don't worry. They need to open their eyes, you were the one with the most potential and you still are, don't let they think you should have got eliminated, I'd say it seems like they are insane asylums, You were barley self conscious at all, you did what needed to be done, look at yelenia she acted as if the world was blowing up under her feet. You did great, and everybody knows it.

I thought you really looked great last week. I mean, some of the others - Ylenia or Alanna, for instance - were self-conscious about themselves all the same. I thought your facial expression showed confidence... nah, maybe I don't have much experience, I guess? Well, the poll results on Yahoo! showed that most people agree that you shouldn't have been eliminated. You've shown us what you can do in all of the other photo shoots, and we saw. You're still a potential top model in our hearts.

You always look a bit self-conscious...but should you have been eliminated? HELL NO!!! How can feakin ANDREA still be in the competition and you not? Same goes for Alanna, Tenika and friggin' Sisi! You'd make a MUCH better model than the three of them combined. You have everything it takes to be a model - just too bland to stay on the TV show. They want to keep that ones that are either bitches (Sisi), troublemakers (Tenika) or freaks (Andrea) because people like to watch that crap. You were too quiet. But when you DO become a top model, you can laugh at those bitches.

You may have been a bit self-conscious but the worst thing they could say about you was that you needed coaching. Well I think it would be easier to "coach" a beautiful model then to have one of these more natural models that are not half as good looking as you are! What are they thinking? You should have been in the final 2 for sure! Don't let this get you down, you obviously have the look...go after your dream girl!!
P.S. - are you seriously telling me that in all of Canada the remaining ones are the best we have to offer for models??? Give me a break! Of course if the one judge..Stacey I believe, can be a top model then h*ll my neighbours dog even has a chance!
