You cant get Photoshop for free in US and any Western country.

Photoshop (Adobe) is a $400 program. Are you sure you have the correct Photoshop software? Your friends may have gotten a slimmed-down version or a different software package also entitled Photoshop.
To get software for free, you have to do it through pirated means like Torrents, FTP, IRC, or P2P networks. Although the likihood of getting caught with illegally obtained software is minimal I never recommend it for anyone that's not computer savy.

Well you can go to www.downloand.com and in the search bar write the program you are looking for and download it. The only problem is when you download it what you get is a trial no the real program. But if you are in a hurry I bet this will help you.
