Are the people who watch Nascar the same people who watch studio wrestling?

Absolutely not. There may be some overlap, but by and large, the people who watch nascar appreciate the competition of building a better machine than the next guy, driving it better than the next driver, and the thrill of a good strategy coming together using teamwork, skill, and determination.

NASCAR is becoming more and more of a middle-class sport. It isn't just for "southern hicks". Intellectual people who understand camber angles, compression ratios, and draft technology find it just as interesting as people who appreciate the art of the jump shot, or the ability to throw a knuckle ball.

I would say that studio wrestling is the farthest removed "sport" from NASCAR.
