My son is 14 and I still sneak into his room every night kiss him on the cheek, tell him I love him and make sure he's covered up warm and snuggly. I guess he'll always be my little boy. He, of course would freak if he knew I still did this but I can't sleep until I know he's sleeping and safe.

Look at the clock and think how long I get to sleep before I have to be to work. Counting time helps me sleep. Kinda like counting sheep.

I brush my teeth, wash my face, read a devotion, kiss my husband even though he's already asleep, lay my hand on his back or hold his hand depending on which way he is facing, and pray. I'll be doing that as soon as I finish the last load of laundry for the night.

pray when I get into bed, then I make the mistake of turning on the TV in bedroom, but it puts me to sleep.

I get into bed, stretch my legs and back, say a prayer, and fall asleep thinking about all the things I must do tomorrow.

of course i take a short bath bec. i like to relaxed after all that long day.. and then i will pray to God and thank Him for giving me a blessed day and sleep(my favorite part!)
