It sounds like one of two things. Either it's your router configurations or the configurations to your network card on the computer not getting the internet connection.

Being that one PC is getting online, let's first check the network card on the other PC. Is it DHCP enabled? Is the link speed set correctly? Is the thing even working? Is it being recognized correctly by the PC? Does the card have a valid IP address assigned to it?

Now on to your router. Does it assign IP addresses to PCs (DHCP)? Have you tried plugging the cable into another port?

Another thing to try is to see if you can get the other PC to work on the internet alone (without the router). If so, then try the PC alone on the router without the other working PC.
If the PC can get online without the router, then you may have a configuration problem with your router. Same if you can get the PC online with the router alone without the other PC hooked up.
If no to the two above, then it's a configuration problem with your network card or a bad network card.

First I would say to check and see if the affected machine is getting an IP address from your router. If not, then most likely your router is not set up correctly. Either that or the network card is not working on that machine.

even in case your community cable seems plugged does not propose it truly is. in case you laptop is telling you that the community is unplugged, it basically ensures which you in user-friendly terms isn't waiting to get admission to the community for this reason the internet. attempt changing the port (on the router) which your community cable is plugged into, and if that fails attempt changing the community cable.
