So let me get this straight, if someone has a small penis and is not financially stable to buy a nice car, he doesn't settle for say a "normal car" even though he desperately needs one, cause he says to himself, no i cant buy this car cause i have a small penis! Never heard this before, but there is no truth or actual facts to back up this comparison and don't expect to find any either!

Not anyone who buys "a nice car".
Generally, someone who is going bald who buys a corvette or a Hummer. Everybody else is just buying a car, not a hair replacement with wheels.
There are a lot more subtleties to it than just wasting a lot of money on some transportation with a shiny paint job.
