yes, when you are going to pull over to your right turn on your turn signal to pull as far to the right...but thats about it because you dont have a forward signal so cant use that and you dont have a reverse signal

Yes. You first turn on your right signal to pull off on the right shoulder. Then you signal with your left signal when turning away from the curb. After that you don't need one because your not turning.

Safety wise the hazard lights should be used after using the right indicator ( or left depending on which country you drive in) to initiate the 3 point turn as you are reversing the car to make the second point of the turn.

you always use your turn signals especially on drivers test even if you are not sure

dont think so.. cause everytime you turn the steering wheel in a different direction, the signal will shut off. and definatley not in a private parking lot.
