Her official site is pretty thin, but there's no mention on her site or on IMDB of Beyonce having lived in Alabama.
Now, that doesn't mean she can't have relatives there. I have relatives in 12 US states and 5 foreign countries, and those are just the ones I care to know about. For someone that keeps closer touch with the more distance ones (3rd cousins, etc.), that could cover half the country.
