Weird and gross to me or you?? Other than boiled rat granola bar cheesecake?
So far, I've tried mixing jalapeno juice with vinegar and chocolate syrup, deer sh!t, many different insects, boar puke, rabbit guts, an assortment of animal brains, and what I believed to be cottage cheese in a milk jug. But that was all voluntary.
On a DARE? I don't think you'd take me seriously.

Prolly the weirdest thing was alligator and the grossiest was chocolate covered ants...which sounds grosser than it was but I don't recommend it.

I ate a mussel at a Chinese buffet. It was disgusting. It was the only thing that was cooked the way it was supposed to be that I had to spit out.

A big fat cockroach when it crawled into my mouth while I was sleeping. I know that 'cause when I woke up the next morning I was picking roach legs out of my mouth. I must've chewed the crap out of it.
