There are lots of places that fly Old Glory 24 hours a day. As long as the flag is an 'all-weather' flag, and it is properly illuminated at night, it is permissible to fly it any time and in any weather conditions, and many people do.

I can tell you that- strictly answering your question- that there are an awful lot of places that fly it 24/7. The gas station not too far from my house has it up all year round, as does one of my neighbors. I would guess that there are thousands of places that do the same. Again, this answer is just to stay strictly within the terms of the question :)
