Canada is more concerned over the enviroment, they provide free health care for their citizens, and much more liberal than the United States (meaning you don't have to listen to people saying all day "Jesus loves you!") And, you don't have to watch boring baseball; there's HOCKEY AND SOCCER!

Canada rules!

Canada Rocks because its where hockey was created, beer flows through most people, Weed is plentiful and easily obtainable, and the people are very friendly and welcoming. Also Canada is one of the most ethnic countries around and completely diversified. The food is great since there are soo many different ethnic oriented restaurants. WE have free healthcare and a small population and more land compared to the U.S. which makes things less hectic and more scenic and liveable.

Canada is still second fiddle to the United States. Hence, the great number of immigrants who have come to United States (or, desire to come to the United States), many, many more than Canada. We even have a lot of Canadians working here at my employer in the United States.

It's not too crowded.
People are more tolerant of eccentrics and people with minority opinions.
In most places you can get to solitude in less than an hour, and many places a half hour.
Much of the country is beautiful
There is so much land that it would be hard to spoil it all, by pollution
There is medicare for all citizens.
The country has a high standard of living,
And enormous energy resources
handguns are hard to get, attract stiff penalties, and violence is a lot less prevelant.

Maybe it is because the capital of British Columbia (Victoria)doesn't have a waste water treatment plant, (they just empty there sewage into the ocean). Or maybe its that smug better than thou attitude towards the US, of not being involved in the war in Iraq. Or maybe its the 3 ship navy or perhaps even the constant political scandals. or even possibly that 90% of the canadian population lives whithin 50 miles of the US border
