I've visited 19 states, for sure, and then one "maybe." Kentucky (I live here), Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia, Mississippi, Florida, Arkansas, Louisiana, Texas, Indiana, Illinois, Missouri, Ohio, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Virginia, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Kansas (maybe).
-Favorites: Texas, Mississippi, Alabama. Lush rolling hills, very nice people (mostly), warm weather.
-Okay: Indiana, Arkansas, Georgia. Nothing against these states, there's nothing wrong with them, they're just not my cup of tea.
-Dislike: Kentucky (lol), Ohio, Maryland. Each state has plenty of natural beauty, but rude people for the most part--oh, and awful drivers!

I've visited about 35 states so far and have lived on both coasts. The friendliest people I ever met were in Nebraska. Although it's very green, the state that made me the most uncomfortable was West Virginia. I felt like "if I could just get past that hill", and then there was another one...with steep drop offs...and always a runaway truck lane. Scary.

If I recall correctly I have visited about twenty states, and probably more if you count driving threw parts of them. I am sure that list will grow because I am not done living, and there is always a chance I will get a chance to go to ones I haven't seen before.
Canada, Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Nevada, California, Utah, Arizona, Montana, Wyoming, North and South Dakoda, Iowa, Missouri, Mexico, Illinois., Indiana, New York, New Jersey.
and last but not least Kentucky.
I guess everywhere I have been has had its ups and downs. What place doesn't. I have ran into rude people in just about all of them and also made some really nice friends.
The ones I liked the most when I was younger were California,Mexico, Canada
Montana - took me three months to get used to, because I was a city girl moving to a rural area. Big difference between the two.
Dislike because of the trafic - California, New Jersey, and New York ( people walk like they have a dealth wish in N Jersey/York and I was in a limo where the guy wouldn't keep looking threw his windshield ) Washington, and Oregon ( the freeways have ridges in them that if your not careful you can flip a car)
Currently Kentucky I have not made a decission - roads suck here. lol and its a huge difference between all the other states I have been to. I keep telling people to stop asking me if I like it here, they can ask me in another year or two. (smiles)
In the end I like them all - just for the simple fact that not many people can say they have traveled and seen parts of the world that they would normally not see and I have met a lot of different people that have touched my life.

I've been to 29 of the 50 states. I've been to Alabama , Arizona , California , Connecticut , Delaware , Florida , Georgia, Illinois , Indian ,Kentucky,Louisiana,Maine,Maryland, Massachusetts,Mississippi,Nevada, New Hampshire,New Jersey,New York,North Carolina, Oregon,Pennsylvania , Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee,Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia and Washington. Not in that order, Personally, I prefer the northern climate to the southern climate. The South is just to hot for me plus the people tend to be a bit to clannish for my taste. However the food there is the best on the face of this earth there is nothing better than a Sunday dinner served in the south.

I live in Ohio (I don't love it, but I like it a LOT better than several other states I have been to)
I have been to every state besides: California, Oregon, New Mexico, Colorado, Arizona, Utah, Montana, and Nevada.
The ones I liked the most were: Texas, Oklahoma, and Virginia
Due to their wide open spaces and geography.
The ones I disliked were; Iowa, Arkansas and West Virginia.
Mostly because there isn't really much in their states and I hate driving through them!

I have been to all except Vermont,Alaska and Hawaii. I think Tennessee is the most beautiful, especially in spring and fall.So besides Idaho (my adopted home state) it's my favorite. I would never live in Oregon! It's beautiful, yes. But too restrictive by half. Especially for me, cause they hate truck drivers and that is what I do for a living. Also New York is on my yuck list. Everytime I have to go there something BAD happens, so I just don't go!

I been to all the new England states, NY, NJ, pa, Maryland, DC, Delaware and Virginia. I like pa, the people were nice for northerners and the driving wasn't as bad as the rest of the northeast. Maryland and Delaware reminded me of home except the people were not as rude.NY and NJ, ct and rhode island are like Massachusetts except Massachusetts people are the rudest people ever and the driving is insane there. north new England was nice but it seems to be getting worse up there are more people start to move up there. DC sucked. Virginia was OK but did not spend enough time there to really to say.
