There are some items, such as Bullguard, Limeshop, and Pop Up Blocker version 2.1, I have no problem removing other items, but these wont go away. What can I do?

download TweakUI from Microsoft powertoys. Then you can safely make the control panel icons go away.

download XP power tools from microsoft.com and install it. Run tweak ui. Control panel, uncheck undesirable items.

go to add or remove programs in the control panel

select a item to be deleted and delete it

they have .cpl extensions, find them and delete them

go to view and toolbars then take wat ever you want to take out
