Hey Menifeedave, I like that idea so let's implement it now.Shall we take turns picking out the evil doers, or may I go first . We will probably never agree on who they are, and furthermore I'm pretty sure somewhere along the line my name or your name will arise and we will surely war over that , thereby destroying the chances of the new system to control people.Financial gain and corporate greed, lust and power have influenced our leaders and altered my precious reality of the United States and it's leaders. There are forces and groups that the evil doers use worldwide to create devastation, tragedy, turmoil, and constant chaos,

If we are talking about "Darth Sidious" grade evil, then yes we should. But haven't we all done some sort of evil in our lives.

We already have those places. They are called prisons.
If the Liberals would stop trying to rehabilitate Criminals that can not be rehabilitated, they would never ever get out. Maybe we can even execute some of them.

that would be great!!! actually i would like each state to designate a piece of land with no jurisdiction for the worse prisoners...so they can feel what pain really is...not just living in a country club prison better off then many poor Americans...

It's already there:
the man-made one is called jail - so there are leaks in it - and sometimes people break them and come out.
the supernatural one is known as hell...
