what could be wrong?

I have a doctor appt. next week. until then I was looking for some ideas on what may be wrong.Last period was april 29th.I have taken 2 home pregnancy test, both negative. I am very tired lately,head aches often,and almost 2 months scince I have had a period( very regular normally).Also very,very irritable. any ideas would be appreciated. thank you.

you can be pregnant and your urine does not produce enough pregnacy hormone that is detected
