Contact Floridas Juvenile and domestic relations court clerks office and find out the procedure to petition the court for support enforcement.

A friend of mine just went to Florida to get her child support from her ex. But then I heard that it went back to the state that the divorce was issued in which was AZ. So... I am not sure if this is the problem with you...

She is having a hard time getting it as well.. and he lives in florida. So it could be something with Florida... whether or not it has to do with another state or not.

There was a time when they didn't enforce other states support laws. They may not now either.
