Hi. I am a coin dealer. Need to know more to tell you specifics, but it appears that you have a Spanish coin made during the reign of Carlos II. It's value depends on the denomination, size, rarity, and condition. It can range from just a few bucks to several thousand. It also could be a replica with no value. Like I said, not enough info. Take it to your local coin shop or dealer and he will be able to tell you exactly.

I don't know what it's worth, but I believe it is a threepence coin.
