Sounds like you drink a lot of carbonated products or sugars. Cut down on those and you will see a difference.

I would suggest that you put your feet up on a chair, and do crunches in that position. Make sure you modify your work out so that all the muscles get an even amount of work. The best are the left knee to right shoulder and visa versa. Start at 25 each: left to right, right to left, than regular crunches. Adding a aerobic routine...No more than 15 min, and finish with stretching. Increase by 5 every other day for 2 weeks. And work up to 250 each. Every other day. A lot of water, and swimming is also great.

There are no "magic pills or potions" - no matter what anyone tells you. "Spot" exercising doesn't work nor does doing exercises for a certain section of your body, as you have found out. That's why you still have the excess belly fat. The only way to get rid of it is to lose weight all over your entire body - only then will you be able to get rid of the stubborn belly fat that we all hate. Stress also plays an important factor. Good luck to you.

Dont eat heavy meal after 7 pm, it takes sometime to burn the calories.
Dont go to sleep right after meals, it doesnt help the waist/stomach, try to do some activities after meals, like light cleaning around the house/room, walking, or shopping is my favorite.
To top it off, do some exercise like swimming, jogging, even yoga. Few minutes a day would add up nicely.
Hope this helps.

The only way to get rid of mid section fat is to lower fat percentage everywhere.
What you really need to do is eat better and burn calories; running is the best!

You can't spot reduce. You will have to make healthy food choices, do cardio and fat burning exercises and do your ab work on top of all of the other stuff.

stomach crunches, twists from left to right, holding your stomach in while walking and carrying on your day which reinforces the muscles in your abs to be tighter.
