hourly wage times how many hours you work a week times four times twelve.
I'm pretty sure that's the right formula.

Are you talking about an hourly wage? If you're paid hourly, and you work 40 hrs/wk, then you multiply your hourly pay by 2,080 and you will have a pretty close estimate of your annual salary.
If you're paid a weekly salary, multiply by 52, if you're paid a bi-weekly salary, multiply by 26, and if you're paid monthly multiply by 12.

By multiplying your hourly rate X 2080.....this is the number of work hours in a year if you work 5 days a week, 8 hours a day. It does not include any overtime you might work.

Multiply your hourly wage by how many hours you work each week, then multiply that by 52 weeks and you will get your gross pay for the year.

If you are paid by the hour, multiply that number by the number of hours you work in a week. Then multiply the result by the number of weeks you work in a year.

take your hourly wage* amount of hours worked a day.
take that number*the amount of days you work a week
take that number*number of weeks you'll work a year (like taking time off for vacation)
ex:
8.50 an hour and you work 9 hours a day and 6 days a week and you work a total of 48 weeks out of the year.
8.50*9=76.50 (daily)
76.50*6=459 (weekly)
459*48=22,032 (yearly)
