Ideas:
Wearing T-shirts that say 'future mummy and daddy'
Buy photo frames for the grandparents that say "I love my grandpa and grandma"
Take a photo of the pregnancy test, and send it in the mail to people or give them out to everyone.
Give a copy of first ultrasound to the grandparents-to-be
If you have other children, put a 'I'm going to big a big brother/sister' T-shirt on them.
Purchase personalised fortune cookies, with information that you are having a baby, to have the grandparents etc open.
If you are writing letters/cards etc sign then with 'Love from, me, my partner and our unborn baby!'
Have a treasure hunt for your husband, and at the end let him find a sweet bun in the household oven. It might take him a while to understand, but he'll get it eventually.
If this is your first child, send a ransom letter to the grandparents saying 'If you ever want to see your grandchild, call.....'
Put a pair of baby socks in your husband's shoes. He should catch on pretty quickly.

Cook a meal for your husband consisting of things that are called BABY whatever - like baby back ribs, baby limas, and for dessert a BABY RUTH candy bar. Serve it on baby shower type plates or just use baby shower napkins. If he doesn't get that tell him you have something special for him that you know he'd been wanting. Give him the home pregnancy test wrapped as a gift. As for the parents you could do the same meal and or gift. Or for the gift give something that calls them #1 dad, grandmother, grandfather. Congratulations to the lucky parents!

make lunch for your husband and parents and on each plate put a jar of baby food. If you are having twins a cool way to tell the family using the same idea is on the plate put a jar of baby food and a pack of doublemint gum (the doublemint twins)

I gathered up baby pictures of my husband and I, and made a huge collage on poster board. We were having Christmas dinner with both our families, so I set it out on the table when I got dessert ready. Then I set out a cake in front of it that said "Congrats Daddy!!" and had little pink and blue booties and rattles on it. He was estatic. His mom thought it was the cutest thing.

Make a nice dinner, buy a cute pair of baby booties, wrap them in a cute box, but not wrapping paper that will give it away, just something pretty, and give it to him while you are having dinner........ Congratulations!!!!! P.S. don't forget the candles too...... Make it really romantic...... And let it be just you and hubby. He should find out before anyone else..........

i took the pregnancy test and wrapped it up like a present. and when my husband came home, i told him i brought him a present for his harley davidson. (he was thinking it was a keychain) well, he unwrapped it and looked at it and looked at me and thought it was my 16 year old daughters and that she was pregnant. i told him no, it was mine. he started crying and jumping up and down and just couldnt believe it. i wish i would have had a camcorder.
this was extra special for him cause i have a 16 year old daughter from a previous marriage and me and him had been trying to have a baby for about 10 years, then we decided that we werent meant to have a baby together...then about a half a year later..........i was pregnant!!!

Get them your favorite video on the subject....maybe Father of the Bride 2 or Fatherhood or maybe Look Who's Talking.

I boxed & wrapped the positive pregnancy tester and wrote "Congratulations Daddy!" on the bottom of the box. Gave it to my hubby when he came home from work... and was able to take pictures of his reaction:o)
Used the same test for our parents' boxes...
Did it for both of our kids --- and hubby fell for it both times:o)

Get a card or gift that says "grandparents" or something for the parents. Watch the shock of it set in.

I got pregnant around christmas time and put the pregnancy test in his stocking! it was amazing!
Another neat way to do it is to get a day to yourself..send him golfing..etc.
and to start decorating the babies room.
you can order furniture beforehand and have it ready to assemble that day!
