yes it probably will leak, or if you're wearing a pad the pad will get filled with water and expand and completely fill up your bikini bottoms and go soggy which wud be really gross. My advice see if you can get some tampons that come with applicators or use a really really thin pad and wear like 2 pairs of bikini bottoms and some board shorts. Or dont swim.

It depends on how heavy your flow is, but yes it could, more importantly, would you like to swim in water that has someone else's blood in it? It will also leave a mark on your swimsuit and could cause you great embarrassment. I would advise you to start using tampons and always make sure the string is tucked in, otherwise, give the water park a miss tomorrow.

If your flow is light then u can go swimming ware a dark swim suite and grab a towl as soon as u get out of the water, but if it's heavy mabey just don't go in the water. But I heard that water stops the blood if it's light flow, but I'm not positive.Good luck

I am assuming this is your first time so the bleeding probably isnt heavy...
I understan that a tampon can be kinda scary the first time...
I would just avoid the water or wear a tampon though if your period is really light you might get away with wearing a pad good luck:)

A pad WILL leak and will more than likely lose it's adhesive and fall out into the pool (seriously!!). Go out, buy a box of slender tampons and practice tonight. Once you get the hang of getting it in right - you are FREE!
Good luck girl!

Try short tampons like Ob, or a cosmetic sponge about the size of a golf ball.

If you are bleeding very lightly then blood may or may not get into the water, heavier-yes it will.

there are these new things that are like little cups that you can put inside of you and you wont feel a thing. you can go and get them and you local drug store or a wal-mart. they are called "insteds" and they don't leak. i use them all the ime when im swimming. i don't remember how much they are but there not all that expencive and in the bux it will give you directions on how to use them.

i 1 time had my period while at the beach and i was light so i didnt need one. as long as you have light flow, the water will stop it. just dont stay outta water for more than 5 minutes or it will start back again.

USE A FREAKIN TAMPON!!!

be sure to get the more expensive ones with the plastic applicator due to this being your first time to use one. and read the instructions on how to put it in. and don't get all freaked a bout that TSS thing it talks about on the instructions.
