Yes, you can still get a tan. Using sunblock while tanning just slows down the tanning process, thus making it safer.

You can if the SPF isn't high enough. There is no such thing as a safe tan. Tanning is actually the damage to the skin caused by the ultraviolet rays of the sun or the tanning bed

yes definitely.the sun block just makes it less harsh and u wouldnt have your skin peeling as if when u have no sunblock on.

yes use 50spf on my kids the get tanned but not burnt
