(d/dx)(f(x) * g(x)) = f'(x)*g(x) + f(x)*g(x)'

f(x) = (3x - 2)(4x^3 - x^2 + 1)

(3x - 2)'(4x^3 - x^2 + 1) + (3x - 2)(4x^3 - x^2 + 1)'
3(4x^3 - x^2 + 1) + (3x - 2)(12x^2 - 2x)
12x^3 - 3x^2 + 3 + (36x^3 - 6x^2 - 24x^2 + 4x)
12x^3 - 3x^2 + 3 + (36x^3 - 30x^2 + 4x)
12x^3 - 3x^2 + 3 + 36x^3 - 30x^2 + 4x
48x^3 - 33x^2 + 4x + 3

ANS : f'(x) = 48x^3 - 33x^2 + 4x + 3

f(x)= 3x(4x^3-x^2+1)-2(4x^3-x^2+1)

= 12x^4-3x^3+3x-8x^3+2x^2-2

derivative is 48x^3-9x^2+3-24x^2+4x

=48x^3-33x^2+4x+3
