Seeing that white people think it's cool to act black...yeah, I'd say that's a decline. Not that it insults either race, but please; white people, just be yourselves!

yes.... an asian population with their asian economy rapidly increasing will eventually be more dominate then the whites. American cities are also turning into a "ghetto" because of the migration and increase of blac*** (dont wanna be racist)
