I know that most men don't like sex and the city, however my husband and I watch it together and we both enjoy it. I am tired of my girlfriends saying he must be gay because he likes the show, what can I do to stop it.

Girl is you crazy? Don't convience no other women of anything about your husband! If they want to think he is gay let them think it! This way you don't have to worry about them hitting on him! However keep your eyes peeled. Not all of those friends really think he is gay and they are trying to throw you off their trail of secretly liking your husband.
And whatever you do, do continue to watch sex and the city and bond with your husband. And whatever you don't do, don't make him feel bad because your so called friends haves you thinking he's gay. I mean because you may watch a ball game or action movie with your husband does't make you gay. So why such it make him gay for watching a drama with you. But this is are secret remember! Do not tell your girlfriends! Good Luck to you and your husband!

If he's gay for watching a certain kind of TV show then the men who act on these shows have to be gay also and all of the soap operas too. A lot of men like the beautiful and sexy women on these shows. I'm glad your husband isn't ashamed to admit this. Not that this matter but I Love women and is straight but I watch General Hospital faithfully.

My husband watches Sex and the City too. He is a metro sexual, very not gay. He also likes romantic comedies too. Some men are just softies... It doesn't mean they are gay. No one thinks my husband is gay though and they all know he watches those things.

You don't need to prove anything to your friends...You shouldn't care what they say about your man. Tell them to drop the issue, whatever you tell them has no effect on what they are going to think!

Your friends must be narrow minded. My hubby loves Samantha and he tells his buddies to watch the show. I think it gives men an insight to "Girl Talk" and I know it made my hubby more passionate about sex (maybe fear of being gossip over coffee).

Bottom line, it's just a show and if your g-friends think your hubby is gay then you need to check them. Tell them that at least your husband is interested in the things you like and if a T.V. program makes him gay then they need to watch gay porn to know what a gay guy really is.

By the way, most of my male gay friends hate the show...........

Hello! A group of hot women talking about sex and half of them only want sex and not a relationship. I would say it appeals to most guys. I don't like the show, but my husband will put it on. There really is not much worth watching on TV, but that is how he relaxes before bed and the better of the other programs on.

Because my boyfriend likes sex and the city and he's not gay. A lot of straight men like the show because it gives them insight into what some women talk about when they're not around.

Ok.. here goes.... Not that you need to convince your friends of anything but......

#1 - The show is filled with sexy women
#2 - The show is filled with sexy women talking smut...
#3 - The show gives men a look at what women want and need

And lastly, your husband has become an even better lover since... LOL! That should do the trick...

But honestly, you shouldn't have to justify anything to anyone.. and if their your real friends... they wouldn't tease you...

I would not call watching that show gay. I would almost call it erotica. Those women are a bit on the sleazy side, and most guys would love to get that kind of sexual attention. I'll bet your girlfriends are sexually deprived from their husbands.

Enjoying a witty comedy or having a sense of style does not make a guy gay... sounds like they need a life all their own!

You do not have to prove anything to your girlfriends, try keeping your business behind close doors. Those same females screaming your man appears to be gay, will sleep with him soon as your back is turned.
