Just tell them. They will notice anyways. If they don't notice, why would you do it in the first place?

I would just say you need 2 wks off for medical leave. Do you work in an office? Can you take any of the work home or help out during your absence?

You shouldn't feel obligated to tell them. You don't need to feel obligated to tell your employer the specific reason for taking the time off either. Just say it is for personal reasons. If somebody does notice and remark on it when you get back, just be honest with them. If and when you do tell them, don't act embarrassed or apprehensive, or else they will take it as a negative thing. Just be positive and confident about it, and they will too.

It has been my experience that the less people know about your personal life, the harder it is to twist, distort and gossip. I would not mention anything, but I've always heard that rhinoplasty is one of the most identifiable surgeries simply because the nose shapes the face. I don't know how true that is though. Good luck to you.

Tell them you're going in for a little self improvement. When you come back, see how many people can figure out what you had done. If anyone tells you your boobs look bigger or you look like you lost weight, just chuckle. I'd have fun with it. You can tell them afterwards if they can't tell. Some things you just have to do for yourself if you can! Hope it goes well!

I wouldn't say a thing. It's your personal business and I'd leave it at that. Upon your return, if someone brings up the subject of 'why were you gone?' or 'did you have something done?' -- just say, "I'd rather not discuss it at this time" That will shut them down fast.
Good Luck to you!!

U shouldn't. It'll affect u on the long run. If u really have a problem w/ it though. Get one when ur at least 19. Make sure u REALLY want one. (Some modeling agencies, & pagents look down to them. If ur into those things.)

If they are that nosey, just tell the truth.
These days it not as big of a deal.
Try to limit what you do. People can get hooked on this and then are never satisfied with their looks.

Tell them you're getting a nose job. I personally don't look at it as a big deal...
