It may not be released in the U.S. yet but either way, has it come out yet.

It doesn't seem to be out yet, but it was licensed by FUNimation. There's nothing on their site about release dates, so don't hold your breath. It'll probaby be months before the first disc hits the shelves.

Couldn't tell you, the second season is already being advertised for DVD release here in Japan (as is the XXXHolic OVA), so its probaly just a matter of either Del Rei books finding a company to work with to expand into DVD, or another company bartering for the rights to the Tsubasa anime

Not yet...I know funimation liscensed it earlier this year but they haven't announced a release date yet. They probably won't announce it until later in the year and release the first DVD by the end of the year.
