First, you need to own your own domain. Try going here, to GeoCites!

There, it will take you through some easy steps for beginners on how to create a website. If you want to be more advanced, it would be good to know HTML, which is a language of codes that allows you to format and create many neat things on your website! www.w3schools.com provides some excellent tutorials on how to do some neat things.

Look for answers by dwight/geo he answers many computer question and if you look at his avatar there is a link he has to his own website that tells you all about what to do.

you have to buy a domain name and it can be for free from a place like zoomshare or proboards but they will put (yourdomainname.zoomshare.com) on your URL and they will advertise on your sight otherwise you can buy one with your money and get (yourdomainname.com/net/org or other)
