i want a cell with a good-quality camera, a speaker phone, a small keyboard( or not), two \screens, a pretty cool look, under $220?

Actually there is some competion against the Razr V3. The Samgung A900. Good camra, built in Mp3 player, GREAT internal screen, similar looks to the razr but more menue options and better camra. You can get this for 150 off the website or 50 dollers from WireFly. Both for that price if you are getting a new plan. the WireFly link to this phone is www.wirefly.com. There's the Samsung D807 - 1.3 mega camera, MP3, slider keypad, bluetooth, quad-GSM....
They're 150.00 w/ a 2 year through Cingular.
As for the guy who mentioned the Razr's....lay off the drugs. They're junk....camera is crap, but the reception is good.
