It may mean absolutely nothing. It may mean you have cysts, infections, scarring, endmetriosis, etc. Your best bet is to talk to a doctor about it. They can rule out the scary stuff, and give you information on some exercises that may help.

It could mean that the penis was hitting the cervix. That's what happens to me.
