There are Catholic colleges of liberal arts spread throughout the US. Three that I highly recommend are:
1) St. Mary's in San Antonio, TX
2) Franciscan University in Steubenville, OH
3) St. Louis University in St. Louis, MO
To search through all the Catholic colleges and find the one you think is right for you, here's a helpful link:

Some Catholic colleges offer majors in Art. However, what type of Art are you looking at? Painting, Sculpture, Graphics Art, Architecture, Media Design, etc.? Not all Catholic universities offer the full range. Knowing what type of art you are looking for would help out a lot.
