It is this suddenly jerky movement from your limbs that you make sometimes. It is like waking up in a fright but you are not frightened. Perhaps it's because I was dreamng just before I woke up. It happens once in while. DO you know why?

It's called the "Myoclonic jerk," and it's normal, and you can read all about it here:

Yeah, they say the spirit wanders off when you are in deep sleep. The re-entry causes the jerk. Do you remember trying to wake someone in real deep sleep and the person just refuses to move? Maybe that person's spirit wasn't there when you tried. Think.

Actually, the way I understand it is this. Your body doesn't know the difference between your conscious and unconscious mind. So when you sleep your body secretes a hormone which paralyzes your body. I think when your jerk like that you have started dreaming and your body isn't completely paralyzed yet.

But that is an educated guess.

yeah i have had that happen to me , and the only explanation i have for it is, when youre dreaming your spirit is wandering and when you are about to wake its your spirit jumping back in to your body.

Your body was tense when you fell asleep; it's doing a shake to relax.
