If you have Microsoft Word on you computer, you can open it and click on "Connect to Microsoft Office Online." Microstoft has tons of templates that are ready for you just to fill in. Just do a search and you can download the templet in seconds.

There probably isn't much a lawyer can do for you. I agree with the hippy. If somebody is forcing you into a legal battle, just show up and state that you can't afford a lawyer, and didn't know what to do.

Lease laws are pretty well set in stone, so you will probably have to pay some penalty on the broken contract.

Just go to court and pay your dues, a lawyer will be costly and you probally dont owe much. Im not sure but i think they can only make you pay up to 3 months worth of rent on a broken lease, it wont be too bad . I was once in court with someone that had a lawyer and i didnt i was scared and couldnt afford a lawyer, i just prayed and asked God for his help. I ended up winning my case against the lawyers. I think its nice to have God on your side!
