If your case is geniue then its better to take legal action against your. But better to collect evidence against him first without coming to his notice. After collecting strong evidence file your case and ask for compensation.

Wear a wire and record all of it. Print off any harrassing e-mails. Keep a record (a log) of everything that happens. When you have some good stuff, see a lawyer. Threaten to sue them- but don't actually do it. They'll payout. Bastards. This company is a bad place, and you need to get a different job. You could get an autoimmune disease from the stress.

The main way to protect yourself is by doing your job and doing it well, when your work shines it speaks for you and he wont have anything to harass you about. If he persists on being anal with you, then talk to him. If that doesnt work file a complaint or speak with someone else, and they will not want to lose an asset to the company.

hi ,

in my view ,the best way to protect yrself from such people is be very calm and be defenseless. Becos, once u start defending yr self ,they go on abusing and harassing u .If u offer no defense at all ,they will get fed up and leave u alone.
Try it out ! i know its difficult

bye & all the best

buy yourself a recording pen and record conversations with them..
These psychos need to be got rid of .... Best still you could catch them on film.
Then go to your employers and show them the evidence.. If they ignore you or sack you, then take it to the papers, media and sue the hell out of them.
If these "managers" are using these sort of tactics to get performance out of the staff they are rubbish managers and should be sacked..

If HR is truly in cahoots, you must document everything so, if necessary, at the appropriate time you can file a complaint

Tell your supervisor and document, document, DOCUMENT. Keep track of dates and time of things said to you, and how you asked for help from your supervisor.
