It's vinyl....yeh, if you really must. I don't know that you can buy one specifically for that vehicle, but I'm sure you could make a fuel cell fit it.

Sure you can, you might be able to get a fuel cell designed for a Honda Civic to work with some mods to Neon body to handle the filler tube

YES YOU CAN MOST OF THE GAS TANKS OR FUEL CELL ARE MADE OF A HEAVY VINYL TODAY GO TO A AUTO PARTS STORE AND THEY WILL LOOK YOU CAR UP BY APPLICATION AND GET THE THE FUEL TANK MADE TO FIT YOUR CAR.

You can get plastic fuel cells, but why? I bet it would cost more than your little car is worth.
