Hi,
I live here on the Cape. The Cape is larger than most people think. It depends on what you prefer,Solitude?Beaches?Provincetown is fabulous,if you love arts&Fine food&stunning National Seashore beaches. The town next door(Truro) has lovely beachfront lodging!Hyannis is our "city"..I wouldnt recommend it unless you like malls+Tourist trap shops..People that go to Hyannis because of the Kennedys are missing out on the TRUE Cape.If you clarify what you like I'll be able to help more!

My wife and I went to Boston for our 22nd Anniversary last week. We took a day trip to Provincetown at the tip of the cape. It was lovely and we plan to go back some day. However, unless you are a gay couple, I wouldn't recommend Provicentown for a honeymoon. Weekends can be a little intense.
I hope to make it to Nantucket on our next Cape voyage.

Alaska. Take a cruise or basically fly on up there and take interior the barren area. Seattle is particularly a dazzling, friendly city. in case you like cities, pass there, and don't omit the Underground excursion. The coast of Oregon - perhaps seashore - is likewise gorgeous small city place, with drop-ineffective perspectives of the two ocean and evergreen attractiveness. rigidity all the way down to Tillamook and excursion the cheese production facility - no longer purely is the rigidity eye-catching, the cheese production facility is fairly relaxing to excursion. i'm suggesting all of those for a comparatively cool climate, yet nevertheless could desire to be nice. opposite to undemanding concept, it would not rain continually in Seattle or on the Oregon coast. The previous due summer time climate is many times sunny and heat.

Wonderful and affordable seafood restaurant....

Cooke Seafood in Hyannis on Rte 132 (the Mashpee one is not as good). Their seafood , fried is lightly battered..not to greasy..tastes great..wonderful onion rings and coffee frappe's as well. I never had anything I didn't like there..they also have burgers, hot dogs, etc. You can eat outside or inside. Free water...clean bathrooms, etc. Wonderful atmosphere....

Check out the national seashore....great beaches...esp. Marconi and Coast Guard Beach..(Coast guard..one of the top beaches). Check out the visitors center...as well as the white cedar swamp..(many exotic flowers..wonderful smells, etc).

Check out Falmouth Main Street..nice for strolling...nice shops...go to woodshole, might be easier to take the trolley there...

Check out Nantucket...walk the cobble stone side walks (be careful not to twist and ankle).

Martha's Vineyard: go to oak bluffs..take a spin on the antique flying horses..catch the brass ring..for a free ride...one ride is $1.50 worth it...either the Steamship Authority or Island Queen Ferry...(the island queen can be caught in falmouth..and SA in woodshole)...

Boston..the north end...yummie places to eat..also follow the freedom trail....beacon hill...ride on the red line/green line....many places to stop...

these are just a few ideas..i could write a book!
