Phoenix may be the nexus of psionic energy in the universe, but frank can just destroy the universe with a single thought. No universe = no nexus of psionic energy of the universe.

Phoenix Force....lol.....i just have to laugh at Franklin Richards as would everyone else.....Phoenix force is a cosmic being...beyond the powers of humans and mutants like Franklin....Phoenix can destroy the entire universe and can cut away at the universe.....she was around during the big bang....so i say Franklin Richards doesn't stand a chance...she wouldn't waste her time against him. Thats like saying butterfly versus my foot....phoenix would crush him that quick!...to the person below me....if he destroys the universe....phoenix can go back in time two where psiconic energy is....plus he is an ordinary human....he can't live in space! he would die if he destroyed the universe...but he can't destroy the universe because only cosmic beings strong enough like the phoenix can!!!!!

Do you mean Phoenix, the cosmic force, or Phoenix, Jean Grey?
Because real Phoenix would flatten little Frankie and not even remember doing it, but while possessing Jean, the Phoenix was a much more limited entity, it could even be controlled by that punk from the Inner Circle.

There's also the "phoenix", from the new x-men movie, but it should be obvious that young master Richards would blow her away, it would all come down to the range issue.
