DON'T LIFT EVERY DAY
Ok, technically you can lift everyday. Just not the same muscles. When you lift you tear muscle tissue and it needs 48 hours to rest and repair. If you feel the need to lift weights every day, split your body in two (upper and lower), and work one half one day and the other half the next.

You should not lift everyday actually. Not only do your muscles need a chance to heal and recover, but lifting every day taxes the CNS and endocrine system. Lifting every day can easily lead to overtraining to where you're not making any gains at all, or worse yet, losing ground, especially if you're training the same muscle groups. If you feel you must train every day, one option is to alternate between intense lifting days and easy lifting days, also known as active recovery days. On active recovery days, you can lift very light weights without further causing trauma to the skeletal muscles, so in essence your muscles are still recovering even though you're working out. The "pump" you are referring to is not a good indicator of how effective your workout routine is, nor is whether you feel sore or not. What you should be noticing, if your goal is to gain lean muscle mass, is to see steady increases in strength in all your lifts and an increase in muscle size. That's why it's always a good idea to keep a log of your progress. Most advanced lifters, pro bodybuilders and powerlifters do not lift everyday. In fact, few of them lift more than four days a week and some only three days a week. This is because their workouts are intense enough that their bodies require that time to recover, and they have learned that they get maximum gains from that recovery time. Something to consider.

only if your not using roids, and if you lift to much then there might be a little risk, i lift 20 mins a day but only 10 pounds each hand, and i am 14 so it should be fine.
P.S. you wouldn't want to look like one of those really buff body builders though.

It depends how much you want to build up.. in my opinion to get a lean body you should do areobic excercise in combination with weights.. so I would recommend to run or swim one day and lift the other.. try to balance it out
Its also better for you health

If you lift incorrectly;you will walk with your elbows pointing out and your frame will not be able to fit through other frames.
I like to have more lean muscles, make sure to stretch as well.

it's probably not really bad, but you should give your muscles a day to rest and repair after working out
