Don't think that for a single item of agenda you would be elected as world president. First you make out a vely long agenda from earth to Moon, Jupitor, Mars, Venus, Neptune etc., and then think about fighting for the election. In the meantime I shall get age conditions waived off for you as a special case in your favour. After all young talents must get chance to rule the world, as now-a-days old is not gold, they are soild.
