LMAO at b c!!! I needed a good laugh. Sorry Egbert but laughter is so good for the soul. I hope you are not offended too. But from word of mouth because i don't have the right anatomy for that type of thing, Ive been told that pumps don't work! so you are left with the later part of your answer.

my hubby has a pump. We use it to add a little spice to our relationship. It makes it feel different, then goes back down after a couple of hours or so. For a temporary fix, try that.

UMMMMMM you need to contact extream make over cause you scared me. Get the pump, I doubt if you can get a woman looking like that, but again, they say theres someone for anyone.
