i am not trying to get rich but i do want to supplement my monthly income to pay the bills and have a little extra cash. i would like for it to be fairly easy as well. i am looking for about a thousand dollars or so.

An Ebay Store/business. Well that has cost... to list items. But it's very minimal.

I doubt it. Most of the stuff is for the benefit of the company not you.
What you have to remember about the internet is that just having a business on the web doesn't earn money. It is best if you have a product or service to sell already. Then, it is just a matter of moving your marketing to the internet. If you want to get into a business that is internet-based, then you still have to market your web site to get customers.
My advice. Find a part-time job.

Sadly, no. And most of them either don't pay enough for the amount of work, or the income is risky and only depend on others sign up for something. Most, if not all, require money down.
