Hi
Since you have asked how to spend, it simply means that you dont want to save. Plan for a good saturday, may be for a drive, good lunch and some shopping in afternoon, with a tasty dinner, or buy some gifts for beloved.

Pay down debt if you have any. If not, do you have an emergency cash reserve? 3-6 months living expenses is a terrific cushion to have. Start building it in a high yield savings account.
Do you have a family member or friend who has helped you in that past? Return the favor with a surprise gift as a delayed thanks. You'll both feel good.
Or, you could buy a couple of cases of good wine and enjoy your $600 windfall for months. Enjoy!

If you have any debts, try to dent them with PART of the money. I say this because you need something for yourself too.
Here's what I think...
Spend $500.00 on any debts you have, preferably the ones that can pile up interest.
You could also just use it all or debts too.
Back to what I was saying. The remanining $100.00 should go to something meaningful, useful and fun too. I wouldn't buy something thats tacky and useless.
Also, you could put the $100.00 into a vacation fund.
Lastly, If you don't want to spend it on debts(although it might be best), put all the money into a vacation fund. This way, when you want to go somewhere, you have money to fall back on.
Good luck!

Go out and get Ann Coulter's new book, Godless. It is good reads from a conservative author, but is sure to be the most controversial book this year. Just think, you'll have $580 left to spend on all the stuff everyone else says! : )

If you're in debt, use it to pay off some of your credit. If not, spend some of it on something that you've been wanting (like clothes or a new tv) and save the rest for a rainy day. I'm sure you deserve to get yourself something that you've had your eye on.

Either pay off your credit cards or put it in a high rate savings account (ING Direct is really good)

Pay down debt if you have it, save it, puyt it in a mutual fund, or blow it on smack and whores.
I wouldn't do the last one though.
