Sometimes I feel lonely, scared, and stressed out ... and I bet I am older than you are. As long as we are alone, without a significant other in our lives, we feel this way. However, listen to the inner voice and do not allow that inner voice to say anything but positives ... never ever allow a negative thought to enter your being ... your world, your reality ...

When something negative happens in your world, your life, turn in around ... into a positive ... never dwell on illness, an imagined headache, anything at all of a negative nature ... when you might be feeling ill, just say ... no, I am not ill ... I will not be ill, illness isn't something that I will tolerate ... I will remain well, until I become a centurian ... and guess what, it works ... you will not become ill ... it is sooooo weird ...

You will see, this will empower you ... you will begin to realize that you are the owner of your being ... only you can lessen those feelings of doom ... gloom ...

Slowly you will begin to feel happy more and more often and eventually, you will never feel undue sadness ... only real sadness for real reasons ... the fear will subside and you will become stronger ...

I find that the one thing that brings me the most peace is exercise ... and routine ... I wake up at a specific time, go out and jog, come in and get ready for work ... work all day diligently ... drink tons of water and eat carrots and raisins and healthy stuff ... then around dinner time, I prepare my own dinner ... something really wonderful ... listen to classical music and unwind ...

I do the same thing each and every day M-F ... then on weekends I do all the things I love to do ... no exercise, sleep late, eat wonderful things , play golf, listen to music, get together with whomever ... and if I am alone, well, I have fun with just ME!!!

Once you find your life in a routine, you will become far less fearful and feel far less lonliness and less stress ...

You will see ...

This I promise ... please try it ... for YOU~~~!!!

I think you may need to see a doctor. Maybe you have depression or some other type of condition that requires medication. I know that many times I have felt overly stressed and if you don't find a way to snap out of it, you will only make yourself feel worse. I would see a doctor, maybe they can help.

I would say exercise because it makes you happy and alive, but it seems that your problem is more at night. Good luck!

I recommend you speak to your doctor. I am a nurse and I see so many people everyday who suffer from depression. There are many medications that will help with your feelings of anxiety and sadness. I don't not know how you old or if you have insurance but if not there are a couple of dirt cheap medicines for depression...one is PROZAC taken once daily runs 15-20 per month and CELEXA runs about 10-15 a month. Feel free to email me if you would like to visit more about anything. dee

Try joining a sporting club - if you don't like sort join some other group...

interaction with people is the best medicine... Get involved in something, and open your social circle..

Trust me, i too went through a stage of feeling despondent... But I just went "Righto, chin up, do something"

Only way my friend, get out there and get involved.

First of all have you ever heard of "I think, therefore I am". Well that refers to if you think happy thoughts, your happy,if you think sad thoughts, your sad,You cannot always change people, places or things. But what nobody can take away from you is what you chose to dwell on. Think about going to prison,Now think about winning the lottery. You see the difference a thought makes. After all it's the thought that counts right? GOD BLESS.

It could be anxiety, or you might have a vitamin B6 deficiency. I have a B6 deficiency, and whenever I go for a long time without taking supplements I fell stressed out and tired. Dont take my word for it though. try talking to your doctor.

You might have anxiety. Talk to a professional, maybe you need medication or just to talk to someone to figure out why or how to deal with stress.

I would recommend 2 things:
1)PRAYING , whatever religion you are .Try that,it comforts a lot.
2)talk to your family and good friends.Build up a good social circle. It helps being happy.

Both of them work for me.

think positive and feel happy even in the face of stress and chaos in your life. being happy is not a destination but a process of accepting who you are and what you are capable of achieving everyday. you work on being happy. you do not just stumble on it. cheers!
