it depends.


Older Suede would be ruined.
Some newer suede has some protection from water.
you might need to contact the manufacturer to find out which kind you have.

I had some a couple of years ago. I brought some suede protector from scholl and it worked a treat. Went clubbing in them and to muddy music festivals. The only damage was on the lower part of the boot, but god did I take them to hell and back. Still got them actually. Buy the protector from where you bought the boots and hopefully if you do get water marks you can take them back and get a refund?

Go back to where you bought them or any good shoeshop and buy the protective spray.

I bought some and wore them clubbing all the time....mine were platforms, so if the bottoms got wet it didnt soak through to my foot, but the suede starts comming off on the bottom around the platform, so spray lots around the bottom before every wear!

rain and suede are not friends...don't wear them out in the rain.

yep...they're suede hun...water messes them up really bad, and dont buy those suede waterproof protector, itz scam!
