Logically it is impossible as being able to think implies existence. The line "I think therefore I am" is actually quite profound in that it implies that the ability for thought is the foundation of being. The classic definition of man is "the rational creature" and it is impossible for a rational creature to doubt their own existence for their very doubt would imply their existence.
One can doubt the existence of a soul and one can doubt the ability to actually "know" anything. Epistemology deals with knowing and the method by which people know, and some branches of philosophy have an epistemology that negates the ability to actually know anything for certain. If your worldview implies a lack of absolute truth, then it's possible to doubt knowledge but it is still impossible to actually doubt that you exist.

Can you see your fingers, toes legs and arms and the rest of your body? Can you touch? Some people cannot see a soul, so they disbelieve the existance of one. We cannot see a brain unless an MRI is done, but for the most part, we all think! Sometimes, life may make us feel invisible, but I think, therefore, I am (Plato).

Yes...it is possible to doubt's ones existence....
The ultimate question....Why am I here?
The older we get we want to know that we mattered. We want to believe we were able to accomplish something with our life. It is the reason you here about "mid-life crisis" people get into their mid-life's and believe they have served no purpose.
They have had their families, careers and successes...they are on top and feel they have accomplished nothing....
It isn't until later when we look back and see we have mattered by all the people we have touched and have affected with our lives and through our children lives....we do matter.

I don't doubt the brain but the soul as a spirit that can be separate from your body after you die, that i do not believe. I think after the brain dies, or we die that we simply cease to exist.

It is impossible to doubt your own non-existence by definition of "doubt", if you "doubt" then "something" has just made an act of "doubting" -- this "something" is you.
If you did not exist you would not be able to doubt.
So by doubting your existence you immediately PROVE your existence.
To paraphrase Descartes: "I doubt therefore i exist"

If you think therefore you are, then how do you know your thinking, when your nothing?
the only way you know you exist is that others regard you, if people dont regard you, howw do you know u exist?
You only exist if you desire existance, and define your self, your limitations, your possiblities, but the only problem is, most of this is desided before birth, humans cant, so u cant, humans can, so u can, we are what we make ourselves, but we dont know if we make ourselves
