technically you really cant get rid of the fat specifically in your thigh unless you get liposuction and sometimes THAT doesnt even work...so you have to lose more fat but your body doesnt really pick where you will lose it first...you could go running or start doing leg lifts, knee to chest exercises, treadmill...and they say the thigh master works but it just increases muscle mass and not get rid of fat..

Squats - thighs at a maximum 45 degree angle to the floor at the bottom of the squat, working toward paralell to the floor after a couple weeks. Sart with say 10 reps and do 2 sets. Work up to 4 sets with the number of reps such that you can just make the last one of the last set. Make sure you warm up and stretch thoroughly first.
Extensions - simply kneel on the floor / ground on all fours (as if you are a four legged animal) and extend one leg out straight behind you. Do this say 15 times and see how you feel, then do the other leg. Again work up to 4 sets of appropriate rep numbers.
Side raises - remain kneeling and lift your knee off the ground out to the side of your body. Works the outside of your thigh and butt. Feels wierd at first, but is a great exercise. Again, work up to 4 sets of appropriate rep numbers. AND warm up and stretch properly first - running on the spot on a trampet is good for this - low impact, low strain. You'll know when you are warm.
Then after about 6 weeks, you'll be able to think about some weight work or more strenuous aerobics. Good luck and hang in. Exercise is enjoyable and the results are well worth it.

Lots of cardio such as fast walking/running/aerobics and squats. And of course, eat lots of fruits and vegies and cut out the junk food. Also drink lots of water. Good luck!!

A lot of exercise and not just once in a while but with dedication and hardwork.

Either isolate that area with exercise or liposuction. Or don't worry about it & be happy with who you are cuz you probably look GREAT !!!
